In the Romanian MySpell affix-file (ro_RO.aff) I added diacriticals and capital
letters in the TRY-line and sorted the letters by frequency.
The Romanian  MySpell dictionary (ro_RO.dict) is derived from the
Ispell dictionary created by Mihai Budiu (http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~mihaib).
The Ispell dictionary is licensed under GPL, so the MySpell dictionary is
also GPL.
